FY 2010/11 - 2015/16 Capital Improvement Program

The approved Final Edition of the 2010/11 - 2015/16 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is now available. This CIP was found to be in conformance with the Lincoln City/Lancaster County 2030 Comprehensive Plan by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission. The first year of the CIP is the Capital Budget for fiscal year 2010/11 which began September 1, 2010.
