A.  Recommendation from the Purchasing Agent and County Engineer to award and execute a Purchase Order for hauling crushed rock surface course material, Bid # 19 - 160 to  RL Thiemann Construction as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The total amount of the order is estimated to be $269,200.00.
