He stated the penalty for Koor Entertainment was being withdrawn and Novus Auto Glass has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 4, 1998. MOTION: Svoboda moved and Campbell seconded to accept the Assessor's recommendation and assess a ten percent penalty on personal property for Coffee Culture and a $25 penalty be assessed on both accounts for Carol Eckert.
