During the COVID-19 epidemic, we will be accepting emailed digital submittals for proposals under the file size of 29 MBs, in addition to or in place of paper copies. These digital files should be in a .pdf file format. To meet the size requirement, proposals may be separated into two smaller files and emailed separately, if necessary. Emails should be directed to Dan Marvin at hsalem@lincoln.ne.gov. We will email a response acknowledging receipt of your proposal. If you don’t receive an email in return, you may contact us at 402-441-7606. Proposals that are submitted by paper only will be scanned and sent electronically to the selection committee. Digital submissions received before the deadline will be accepted in lieu of paper proposals.
