FY 2020/21 - 2025/26 Capital Improvement Program

The Planning Commission Review Edition of the 2020/21 - 2025/26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is used by the Planning Commission in their discussion of the conformance of the proposed CIP with the Lincoln City/ Lancaster County 2040 Comprehensive Plan - 2016 Update. The first two years of the CIP become the Capital Budget for fiscal years 2020/21 and 2021/22 which will begin on September 1 of 2020 and 2021.
