The November Mom's Night Out program sponsored by Lincoln City Libraries will feature information on make-ahead freezer meals. The class begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, November 21 at the Walt Branch Library, 6701 S 14th Street. Recipe ideas and freezing directions will be provided by Alice Henneman, a registered Dietician and Extension Educator for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Office in Lancaster County.
Mom's Night Out is an after-hours, child-free gathering where moms can socialize, learn something new and take time for themselves. For more information about this and other events, check out the library's website at lincolnlibraries.org.
