LSO Investigating Body Found in SW Lancaster Count

On April 11, 2023 at 9:40 am the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a citizen that there was a deceased human body in the ditch approximately ½ mile south of Hwy 33 on SW 128th Street. At this time the body has been identified as an unknown race adult male, approximately 5’4” tall. It is also known the body has been at this location for some time.
The investigation is in its very early stages and the death is being classified as undetermined. An autopsy has been scheduled for Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 8:30 am. As the investigation continues and more information is learned the Sheriff’s Office will update the community.
