Norris High School Teacher Arrested

On May 19, 2023, investigators from the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lillie Bowman (23 years of age), a teacher at Norris Public High School for sexual abuse by a school employee (IIA felony).
Through the Sheriff's Office investigation, it was learned that Bowman developed a relationship in March 2023 with a high school student from Norris that became sexual.
Bowman will be lodged at the Lancaster County Adult Detention Facility.
