Service Fees

E-checks debited electronically from a checking account are FREE.

All digital wallet payments (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and credit/debit cards (Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa) have a 2.35% e-processing fee. Commercial/International cards have 3.50% e-processing fee. All digital wallet payments and credit/debit cards have a $2.45 minimum fee.

All fees charged to use digital payments are retained by the payment processing company. The county does not retain any portion of the fees.
