E-checks debited electronically from a checking account are FREE.

All PayPal payments and credit/debit cards (Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa) will have a 2.19% e-processing fee with a $2 minimum fee.

All fees charged to use PayPal/credit/debit cards and e-checks are retained by the payment processing company. The county does not retain any portion of the fees.
