Relies on homemaking, personal care, or nursing visits to maintain independence.
Requires life-sustaining equipment and uninterrupted electrical service.
Is medically fragile and will require special care and attention and/or medication.
Has a physical limitation that substantially impairs mobility, strength, vision, hearing, or comprehension.
